Welsh Cake Espresso Martini
Put a seasonal spin on an old favourite that even the scrooges in your life will love!
- Welsh Cake Gin - 25ml
- Coffee Liqueur - 25ml
- Shot of Espresso
- Cinnamon Bitters - 2 dashes / or a pinch of cinnamon
- Cinnamon Stick & Coffee beans to garnish
Pour the gin, coffee liqueur, espresso and cinnamon bitters into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake.
Double strain with a coupe and garnish with coffee beans and cinnamon to finish. Its a simple as that.
After all, one of the secrets to a good drink, in fact, is that it should be simple but beautifully prepared. Bottoms up!
