In a Narvvi exclusive, come behind the scenes with us for an insight in to the making of the world's first skincare infused ready-to-wear skinwear collection - and the team who created it.

From campaign creation to driving customer strategy, these guys cover every aspect of the business and their blood, sweat and tears over the last 2 years of development haven’t gone unnoticed.

WHAT DOES A DAY IN THE LIFE OF NARVVI'S FOUNDER LOOK LIKE?

Honestly, every day is completely different from the last. Lot's of meetings, lots of creative and inspiring ideas and discussions, Oh and lots and LOTS of coffee!! 

WHAT ARE YOUR TOP TIPS FOR JUGGLING BEING A BRAND OWNER AND MUM?

This is a tough one! I work some late nights and long hours and travel a lot, but I do it all because I love it and because I love knowing that what I'm working on is building a beautiful future for Jaxon and Isla. I want them to grow up having the confidence to follow their dreams but to also understand that hard work and determination are the key to making it work. It's a lot of work juggling the both but honestly, i wouldn't have it any other way! 

WHAT'S YOUR FAVOURITE PART OF THE JOB?

Creating timeless pieces that help women look and feel amazing! The creative direction and product development is what I thrive on and from there, the moment I read a comment, a DM or have feedback from the team and our customers that shows me that what I'm doing is making a genuine difference for someone, my heart is full.

WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO CREATE NARVVI?

With a background of working within the skincare industry as an international facialist, I found that many of my clients were looking for a more simplified approach to skincare, a way to maximise their routine – without adding another glass bottle to the shelf. The lightbulb moment hit when talking about silk pillowcases with a client - I realised that there were just so many on the market but none of them offered that enhanced experience that I was looking for. My goal was to simplify skin health and the endless and confusing skin routines that have become so normal now and take it all back to the less is more approach; making your beauty routine as effortless as possible whilst maintaining great skin. Narvvi offers powerful fashion-forward solutions that make a visible difference to the appearance of your skin as well as your wardrobe - something that is totally unique to us and an exciting step forward in the world of beauty and fashion.

DESCRIBE YOUR NARVVI JOURNEY

September marks 9 months at Narvvi and what an incredible journey it's been so far! The beauty lover that i am, i instantly fell in love with the products and just love what Narvvi is all about! I've been very lucky since joining as Head of Social to get involved with a product launch that i'm truly passionate about. Managing Narvvi's socials is like hosting a community where people from all over the world share the same passion for fashion and beauty. It's truly a dream job . 

WHAT ARE YOUR DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES?

My day varies so much, but in general i am responsible for planning and creating our social media campaigns and content across our channels as well as keeping up to date with all of the latest trends, engagement and customer care.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE PART OF THE JOB?

I find it so fascinating to be able to observe and interact with huge audiences in real time. I love the ease and fluidity in which things can change in social media. There is always something new, a new view, a new outlook, a new filter etc. Social Media also brings out my creativity and has opened travel opportunities where i get to meet everyone behind the scenes at Narvvi and feel apart of a work family. 

WHAT INSPIRES AND DRIVES YOU?

Seeing results! The outcome of seeing everything fall into place and working as planned inspires and drives me the most - not just creating social media growth, but achieving the ultimate goal to drive sales.

WHAT DIRECTION DO YOU SEE THE BRAND MOVING IN, IN THE COMING YEARS?

Narvvi is dedicated to our evolution as a dynamic and innovative retail brand and we love the fact that we are changing the game of fashion and beauty with a disruptive curiosity. We follow the mantra of producing traditional items of clothing, figuring out how to improve them and adding the signature Narvvi edge. Over the coming few years we are planning to continue to expand internationally and to eventually open stores and operate as a bricks-and-mortar brand with flagships in major cities across the globe, focussing on giving our customers a personalised, luxury experience IRL - a sanctuary for both beauty and fashion lovers alike, truly revolutionising the way we link the two forever.

    I bought a pair of pyjamas for my daughter from trafford and she absolutely loves them.. Cant wait to go a puchase a pair for myself too.. The lady who served us is a great asset to your team , she was very informative, helpful and friendly…and clearly loves and believes in the brand..
